• Greet and seat guests with warmth and personality
• Engage guests in light conversation to make them feel at home
• Manage waitlists and seating flow for smooth service
• Answer phones and take to-go orders
• Handle cash and payments responsibly
• Keep the host stand and entry area clean and organized

• Outgoing, guest-focused personality
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 15 lbs
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
