• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process and delight every customer; communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If you are a team lead (driving our vehicle): manage the team's schedule and drive safely.
• Oversee the team's driving and equipment maintenance; ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Provide a great customer experience through attention to detail and a well-executed cleaning service.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead, and other housekeeping duties.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 6pm.
• Must speak English to communicate with clients.
• Drive a company vehicle if you have a valid driver's license (optional for higher earnings).
