Responsibilities- Practice excellent customer service standards at all times while welcoming and greeting all players, students, and patrons.
- Assist all guests with court time and proper program/event placement.
- Responsible for all POS transactions and receipts.
- Assign courts to players for open time, donated courts, private & group lessons in computerized reservation system; assist patrons with program registrations and offerings.
- Follow all ITC policies and procedures for court bookings, program registrations and site access to courts and grounds.
- Assist Program’s department with development and implementation of the PACES and Tour program, including coordination of site visits and school outreach.
- Ensure classes are uploaded to the NTC website in a timely manner as defined by the Sr. Business Manager.
- Answer general phone inquiries regarding reservations, prices, information and program offerings.
- Properly account for money transactions during shift.
- Operate light panels for indoor/outdoor courts and monitor usage; monitor court to ensure players are adhering to their scheduled time.
- Update patron profiles timely and accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Front Desk Supervisor and Sr. Business Manager.
- US Open duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service, phone manner, and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Weekend and evening availability.
- Bilingual a plus, but not required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, stressful situations.
- Onsite and site-specific position at the NTC.
- Part-time role; maximum 28 hours per week.
Hourly Wage: $18.50 per hour
