Base pay range: $48,616.00/yr - $59,419.00/yr

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

This position is responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, including the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of cutting‑edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily, building, cultivating, and maintaining superior customer relationships.

• Supports customers (patients, hospital staff) with superior customer service and customer‑centric solutions
• Executes timely and accurate order management using company‑issued computers and electronic equipment for accurate documentation and record keeping
• Obtains and evaluates all information regarding service and product inquiries, provides prompt responses, and escalates to management as appropriate
• Assists customers in research and due diligence searches for missing & misplaced medical equipment at customer locations or the service environment
• Safely operates a company vehicle to support equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service requirements
• Prepares best‑in‑class medical device equipment (cleaning, disinfecting, quality validation, and routine maintenance), disposables, and documentation for delivery
• Organizes and executes assigned work tasks to meet customer‑expected time frames for service effectively and efficiently
• Tracks inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies; contacts customers regarding coordination of delivery and retrieval of products
• Accurately prepares, picks, packs, ships, and receives inbound and outbound shipments using 3rd‑party partners; loads and unloads medical equipment from company vehicles
• Follows all work and safety instructions and conforms to company and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe working environment

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer‑facing or service‑related field
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further include:

• Ability to work non‑traditional work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and strong time‑management & prioritization skills

Additional Requirements

In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities. These facilities may require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials. All information will be kept in accordance with applicable law and Solventum policies.

Work Location & Travel

Onsite In‑Service Territory; travel may include up to 10% domestic commercial air travel.
