Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a highly resourceful team player who is passionate about live music and research methodologies. Within Media & Sponsorship, the Fan & Partner Insights team empowers the organization—specifically the sales team and our clients—with thought‑provoking insights that can inspire creative partnerships and drive competitive advantage.

As the “voice of the fan,” the team’s goal is to uncover powerful insights about our audience to help both Live Nation and its brand partners develop meaningful cultural connections with their consumers. In an age where it’s harder than ever to reach Millennia ls/Gen Z using traditional methods, our knowledge of our audience differentiates us in the landscape of media & entertainment.

The team collaborates across all facets of Live Nation, including venues, festivals, ticketing, artists, content, media (digital, social, mobile), promotions, and concert production.

  • Provide support to the manager creating story‑driven presentations for partners.
  • Partner with the Fan Research Team to elevate communication and organization of deliverables and data.
  • Collaborate as needed with the Partner Research Team to synthesize and report on Post‑Festival survey data and Brand Reports.
Qualifications
  • Eagerness to learn qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proficient in data analysis with strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Experience with Tableau, SPSS, or other data manipulation & visualization tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in PowerPoint; familiarity with Keynote and/or other design tools is a plus.
