Since 2001, Joonbug has been a leading producer of nightlife events, bar crawls, and holiday parties across major cities like NYC, Philly, DC, Miami, and more. We host over a million guests annually through elevated experiences and cutting-edge event programming.

We’re seeking a HOURLY Ticketing & Customer Service Specialist to join our NYC office. This is a full-time, in-person role that is perfect for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about live events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and upload events to ticketing platforms (Eventbrite, POSH VIP, etc.)
• Optimize listings to maximize sales and visibility
• Research and post events on external outlets and promotional platforms
• Assist with influencer coordination and basic admin support
• Provide customer service for event inquiries (email, phone)
• Support our Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

• Must work onsite in Midtown Manhattan (not a remote position)
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and basic tech troubleshooting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Tri-State area resident with reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
