As a Talent Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in driving growth at GCA and supporting our creators.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scouting talent across all platforms to onboard into GCA management.
- Playing a key role in achieving department revenue targets, new client signings, and brand acquisition.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of industry and brand contacts.
- Staying on top of influencer and entertainment industry trends, with a keen focus on Gen Z.
- Creating multi-platform content strategies that align with creators’ overall profiles.
- Conducting research to identify brand partnership opportunities for GCA creators.
- Working to set KPIs in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Developing and maintaining a list of potential brand partners.
- Coordinating talent deliverables after deals are agreed with Talent Managers and brands.
- Assisting with contract negotiation.
- Managing creator diaries for both digital and in-person events.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent management or a creative role.
- Strong understanding of the influencer industry, top players, brands, and market trends.
- Awareness of leading Gen Z talent.
- A valuable network of brand and industry contacts.
- Persistent, determined, and able to take full ownership of responsibilities.
- Excellent presentation and client deck creation skills.
- Ability to accept feedback and thrive under pressure.
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to grow within the role.
