Job Title: Cashier / Phone Operator

Position Overview:

We’re hiring friendly, reliable team members to join our takeout and delivery front‑of‑house team. This is an entry‑level position and a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast‑paced restaurant environment while being a key part of the guest experience. This role is the face of our takeout and delivery operation. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests and delivery drivers, helping create a smooth, welcoming, and organized experience.

• Answer phones and assist guests placing takeout and delivery orders.
• Help walk‑in customers with takeout orders and questions.
• Organize and hand off orders to guests and delivery drivers.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen about order timing and special requests.
• Process orders accurately through the POS system and delivery platforms.
• Help keep the takeout area clean, stocked, and organized.

• Entry‑level applicants – no extensive experience required.
• Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Able to stay calm and positive during busy times.

• Learn real restaurant operations from the ground up.
