Location:
NY 59th Street and Tribeca Studio with occasional travel to Hamptons locations.
Hourly $18-$20 (depends on experience). This is a full‑time role that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

At our members‑only studios located in New York City, Los Angeles, the Hamptons, London, and Madrid, our training team provides Tracy’s proprietary fitness methodology honed over more than two decades of scientific research with proven results.
The studios offer full expression of the Tracy Anderson Method, prescribed custom training regimens, and one‑on‑one training. In addition to providing our clients with access to the largest bank of fitness content on record, Tracy continues to build new tech innovations and workout solutions, including the patented Iso‑Kinetic Band System, the Hybrid Body Reformer, the Super G Floor, and most recently, MYMODE, an eco‑friendly equipment and programming innovation that takes client results to the next level.
- Provide superior guest service, ensuring every client feels welcome, valued, and supported.
- Greet clients upon arrival, check them in for classes, and assist with scheduling.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Work collaboratively with the studio team to create an exceptional client experience.
- Help facilitate class transitions and ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- Guide consumers with regards to the latest happenings within the studio.
- Ensure the brand aesthetic and studio appearance are always upkeep.
- Accurately follow the daily checklist of shift activities.
- Work with Studio Manager and Senior Management to support the financial goals and operational needs of the studio.
- Occasionally travel between our 59th Street and Tribeca locations as needed.
- Be knowledgeable about the Tracy Anderson Brand: history, products/programs, and all pricing.
- Field both internal and external general questions and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the studio to convey member concerns and feedback.
- Handle general administrative computer work and ownership surrounding Mind Body Online.
- Effectively book, cancel, and reschedule classes for members and drop‑ins.
- Prepare new records/files within Mind Body Online.
- Keep the retail area clean and re‑merchandise products to attract customer attention.
- Receive and transfer all inventory to the appropriate location.
- Pro‑actively watch for theft to avoid shrinkage.
- Support studio managers in maximizing and maintaining studio operational efficiency.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Support TA LIVE experience and troubleshoot camera setup and streaming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and the Tracy Anderson Method.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the fitness industry is a plus.
