Mike's Tech Shop is looking for a Triage Technician to help with Mac and iPhone triage and repair intakes. There are also some light sales as well, as this is a front of house role interacting with our customers at the shop. Our entire business is built on providing the best Apple retail sales and service experience in New York and we are looking for a person who is willing to go above and beyond.

Mike's Tech Shop is New York's premiere independent Apple Store. This job offers lots of training and advancement potential. In fact, most of our techs and all of our managers started with us in this role. • Triage and repair check-in for Macs and iOS devices
• Sales experience with computers
• Great attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills

• Sales experience at an Apple Store or Apple Service Provider

• Triage and check in of Apple devices and hard drives brought in for service.
• Answering customers' questions and concerns.
• Sales of Apple computers, accessories and Apple related 3rd-Party product.

The starting salary for this role is $45,000 per year.
