MissionWe’re on a mission to make city life happier. As a Facilitator with the Recreation and Events team, you’ll assist in organizing events and spaces to enhance the resident experience.

- Support Community Center operations, manager, and the recreation & events team, with a focus on providing exceptional service to the senior community.
- Deliver best‑in‑class resident experience when it comes to customer service, using the amenities, and attending events across our portfolio.
- Plan, set up, and encourage participation in resident programming and events both property‑wide and at our Community Center.
- Maintain amenities, facilities, equipment, and general upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces, through regular audits and promptly addressing any adverse conditions to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Communicate and promote amenities and resident programming through email and maintain an up‑to‑date events calendar.
- Engage with residents, fostering connections and helping to build lifelong relationships, with a particular emphasis on creating a supportive and inclusive community.
- At least 2+ years of previous knowledge and experience within the hospitality, fitness, senior living, and/or events industry.
- In‑person customer service experience.
- The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused.
- Computer skills and technology knowledge.
- The discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done.
- A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
- A desire to grow and take on ever‑increasing responsibility.
- A passionate individual who is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our community and pays great attention to detail.
- Doing any or all of that in a multi‑family environment would be good too.
Hourly Rate: $20.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
