As a Spellbound Host, you will be the centerpiece of our most captivating onboard experience, bringing magic to life for guests from around the world. This role is perfect for dynamic performers who thrive on interaction, love creating unforgettable moments, and can command a room with confidence and charm. You will lead nightly Spellbound performances, ensuring seamless execution of the produced schedule and maintaining an atmosphere that delights and surprises.

Beyond Spellbound, you’ll join our Activity Staff team, hosting game shows, themed parties, and entertainment programs throughout the ship with energy and authenticity.

• Lead the Spellbound experience: Host nightly performances with charisma, engaging guests from the moment they arrive.
• Own the venue: Act as the primary point of contact for Spellbound operations, ensuring lighting, sound, and all technical elements meet production standards.
• Create unforgettable moments: Greet guests and performers, anticipate needs, and personalize every interaction using Medallion Class technology.
• Bring energy everywhere: Emcee shipwide activities and events, delivering fun and excitement in every setting.
• Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with performers and onboard teams to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive engagement and revenue: Promote reservations, maximize attendance, and support onboard sales initiatives.
• Maintain excellence: Uphold safety protocols, company standards, and Service Excellence philosophy at all times.

• A natural performer with strong hosting and emceeing skills: candidates must possess a stage style that is confident yet charming, charismatic and energetic.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in leading live events and engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or guest‑facing roles preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and mobile applications for guest service.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.
