Event Assistant

We are an energetic events and marketing team that creates engaging experiences for brands and clients. We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Event Assistants to help support event setup, execution, and breakdown. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and fast-paced environments.

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics
• Greet guests and provide information or directions
• Support event coordinators and on-site staff
• Help manage registration, check-in, and materials
• Ensure event areas are organized and presentable
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees
• Help troubleshoot issues during events as needed

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work on your feet
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
• Event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
