What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll take the lead on planning and delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events that support our marketing goals and business priorities across the region. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll ensure every event is executed seamlessly, aligns with our brand standards, and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete event lifecycle for strategic B2B events across North America.
  • Develop event concepts and experiences that align with marketing campaigns and regional business objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee agencies, vendors, venues, and production teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead attendee management processes, from invitations and registrations through to post-event reporting and analysis.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for internal stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Work closely with global event teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and share insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to team development through onboarding support, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
  • More than 7 years of experience delivering high-profile events and event programs.
  • Strong track record managing event portfolios across multiple countries or regions.
  • Advanced expertise in event operations, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and onsite execution.
  • A strategic and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to turn plans into successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across diverse cultures and markets throughout the Americas.
  • Comfortable using event management technologies and reporting platforms, including tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within North America and occasionally internationally.
