Fox Nation seeks a Coordinator to support cross-departmental coordination between Fox Nation and internal teams including Legal, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Programming, and Fox Entertainment Group. This role focuses on administrative coordination, tracking, and communication to ensure workflows move efficiently and accurately across departments.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate day-to-day communication between Fox Nation and internal departments.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings.
- Maintain and update trackers for deliverables, payments, and asset inventory.
- Assist with documentation preparation for legal, finance, and production workflows.
- Support invoice coordination and routine payment follow-ups.
- Assist with travel booking and logistics for shoots and events.
- Support event coordination for screenings, industry gatherings, and sales conferences.
- Prepare meeting materials, notes, and follow-ups.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination requests.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of skills and demonstrated experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with calendars, spreadsheets, and document tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience #LI-BC1

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $ per hour.
This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
