* * Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
*** Work operations at the Ice Hockey games during winter break
* Assist with ticket sales
* Assist the general public with ticket sales and credit card transactions
* Assist with game night promotions
* Other duties as assigned

* Qualifications:

*** Must be available to work shifts listed above
* Customer Service Skills to assist general public
* Basic computer knowledge
* Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to relate to people of all ages
* Reliability and confidentiality are important
* Flexibility and the willingness to do a variety of tasks
* Strong attention to detail, especially when taking orders and performing credit card transactions   
* This position works weekends at the M&T Bank Center
