Our actuarial advisers deliver creative and innovative thinking to high‑profile property and casualty insurance companies worldwide, helping them make confident financial decisions aligned with their business goals. Here, you will be an actuary right at the heart of that mission, leading engagement teams, working directly with clients, mentoring and developing team members and building your personal brand as a leader in your field.

Your

key responsibilities

• Reserving, actuarial opinion and regulatory services
• Rate making analytics and services
• Actuarial process redesign and software integration
• Predictive analytics
• Reinsurance analysis and advice
• Ad hoc financial reporting advice

• Progress towards professional credentials from the Casualty Actuarial Society or other industry organizations.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in an actuarial position.
• Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or actively pursuing Associateship within the Casualty Actuarial Society with a minimum of 5 actuarial exams passed.
• 2 years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA and/or C++.
• Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills as evidenced by preparing and presenting results and/or findings to clients or senior management.
• Ability to understand and persuade on complex subjects both in writing and verbally.
• Experience working in a team environment on project-based work.

Ideally, you will also have:

• 2 years of experience with R, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Previous consulting experience or experience implementing new processes/procedures in a corporate environment.
