With continued growth and a focus on operational excellence, they are expanding their operations team to strengthen support across their global trading activities.
Role Overview:
This position will play a critical role in overseeing the full trade lifecycle, ensuring timely settlement, accurate reconciliation, and robust data integrity across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers, traders, finance, and external counter parties in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
- Manage trade capture, affirmation, and settlement across multiple strategies and global markets
- Reconcile cash, positions, and P&L; investigate and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, fund administrators, and other service providers
- Oversee margin, collateral, and funding requirements
- Track and process corporate actions and instrument lifecycle events
- Identify, design, and implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency
- 3–6 years of experience in operations or middle office within a hedge fund, asset manager, or prime broker
- Solid understanding of trade workflows and multi-asset operations
- Proficiency with systems such as Enfusion, WSO, Geneva, or Bloomberg
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
