Senior Accountant

Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000

You’ll be a key player in scaling our finance function — bringing rigor, insight, and efficiency to support our next stage of growth. Your work will directly impact how we measure success and make decisions as we expand.

What You’ll Do

• Own month-end close processes, including all journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Perform SaaS-specific revenue processes, deferred revenue schedules, and subscription billing reconciliations.
• Maintain and improve the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable, payroll, expense management, and accruals.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial, management and Board reports.
• Support annual tax compliance and tax filings.
• Partner with staff on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting (Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and commissions, etc.).
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation tools to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track preferred).
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience; mix of public accounting and SaaS industry a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (MS Office, Word, Advance Excel, Asset Keep Pro, and Enterprise Quickbooks) .
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with ITAR/Export Control regulations, which can be demonstrated by US citizenship.
