Odoo Finance Consultant

As dear digital continues to expand, we’re looking for an Odoo Finance Consultant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses optimize their financial operations using Odoo, guiding them through successful implementations, and ensuring they maximize the benefits of their digital transformation.

• Analyze clients'
  financial business processes through workshops and interviews, identifying how they can best be aligned with Odoo.
• Provide clear, structured, and insightful advice on financial process optimization, system configuration, and potential improvements.
• Configure Odoo’s finance modules to match client requirements, ensuring a tailored ERP setup
  .
• Translate business needs into functional documentation for the development team—technical manuals don’t intimidate you.
• Validate and test the Odoo financial environment to ensure it meets client expectations.
• Train key users, create financial process documentation, and guide clients in adopting their new finance systems.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and fellow consultants—because the best solutions come from strong teamwork

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and a keen interest in financial process automation.
• You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and confident in decision-making
  .
• You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills
  .
• You’re not afraid of complexity and love solving financial and business challenges.
• You have a client-focused mindset and can translate business needs into clear financial solutions.
• You thrive in a team-driven environment where collaboration is key.
• Have experience with ERP implementations
  , financial process optimization, or Odoo’s accounting and finance modules
  .
• Have a background in financial consulting and are comfortable working with various stakeholders.
• Are fluent in Dutch and English
  —extra languages are always a plus.
• Have a solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
  .
