Director of Treasury – Acuren

Responsibilities- Directs the Cash Operations team, which administers the cash flow process and cash flow forecasting model for the organization.
- Partners with the risk management team, managing insurable and financial risks across the enterprise.
- Manages all investment portfolio reporting to the Finance Committee, including the integration of investment portfolios assumed in mergers.
- Other work duties as assigned.
- Strong technical knowledge of markets, investments, financing and risk management with advanced knowledge of Accounting and Finance Principles & Investments.
- Ability to access and analyze data from related financial systems; able to analyze, recommend, execute and report on multiple investment instruments/strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics;
Master’s degree preferred. - 7-10+ years applicable experience in treasury, investments and risk management.
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
