Senior Client Service Associate (CSA)

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $175,000 – $200,000

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join Beacon Pointe Advisors as a Senior Client Service Associate (CSA) in our New York office. The Senior CSA will join a highly talented team of institutional investment consultants and analysts that service the investment management needs of high‑net‑worth individuals, families and institutions. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of educational achievement and an interest in pursuing a career in the Registered Investment Advisor industry.

• Respond to routine client requests via phone, email and other contact methods.
• Monitor daily custodial alerts (cash management, account updates, trading, etc.) and resolve accordingly.
• Record client inquiries—including service changes, new account openings, money movements, trading—in CRM.
• Prepare custodian paperwork, facilitate account updates and communicate with clients on status.
• Meet regularly with relationship managers and associate wealth advisors to prioritize workload, provide timely updates on client service items, and escalates potential issues when appropriate.
• Assist with preparation of meeting presentation materials, document meeting follow‑up and take ownership of specific operational related tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with operations leadership on projects and initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Undergraduate degree required (bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics preferred).
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals; preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), investment management firm or broker/dealer.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.).
