We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help build and shape Angi’s tax function following our recent spin‑off. The Senior Analyst will play a key role across all aspects of Angi’s income tax landscape.

• Quarterly preparation of the income tax provision under ASC 740 including:
  • Calculating the tax provision under ASC 740
  • Gathering inputs from accounting and finance stakeholders
  • Assisting with questions from external auditors
  • Preparation of management reporting summaries
  • Preparation of the SEC disclosures
• US Tax compliance management:
  • Working with third party service providers to facilitate the US income tax returns
  • Gathering PBC requests for third party preparers
  • Reviewing tax returns prepared by third party
  • Reviewing and managing quarterly estimated tax payments
• General tax items:
  • Cash tax forecasting
  • Research new income tax laws applicable to Angi
  • Review foreign income tax returns for return to provision adjustments
  • Ad hoc income tax related projects

• 4+ years of work experience in corporate income tax (Big 4 experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA or Masters Degree in Account / Tax
• Corptax experience preferred

• The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
