The role is a senior leadership position focused on developing and executing an investor relations (IR) strategy for a crypto-focused company targeting the US capital market. The candidate will act as the primary liaison with US investors, leveraging blockchain and crypto expertise to enhance shareholder value, ensure regulatory compliance, and align IR with corporate goals.
Description- IR Strategy Leadership
:
Develop and lead a focused investor relations strategy for the US capital market, building strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts to boost shareholder value. - Clear Communication
:
Create and deliver clear, compelling investor materials, including earnings reports and presentations, using equity research to highlight financial and market strengths. - Market Insights
:
Analyze US market trends, competitors, and blockchain/crypto developments to provide strategic advice to senior leadership. - Investor Engagement
:
Act as the main contact for US investors, addressing inquiries and fostering trust to align with company goals. - Team Collaboration
:
Work with C-suite, finance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure IR aligns with corporate objectives and US regulations. - Event Representation
:
Represent the company at US investor conferences and roadshows, promoting its vision in traditional and crypto markets. - Blockchain Expertise
:
Communicate the company’s blockchain and crypto strategies clearly to US investors, emphasizing value and innovation. - Equity Research
:
Use equity research to analyze performance and market trends, creating investor reports that blend traditional and crypto insights. - Regulatory Compliance
:
Ensure compliance with US regulations, including SEC filings, for both traditional and digital asset markets.
- Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. MBA, CFA, CPA, or blockchain certifications preferred. - Experience
: 12+ years in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
US market and blockchain/crypto experience required
. - Skills
:
Deep knowledge of US financial markets, blockchain, and crypto. Strong financial analysis, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Mindset
:
Strategic and analytical, with ability to anticipate US investor needs and navigate market trends. - Language
:
Fluent in English;
Mandarin a plus. - Leadership
:
Proven ability to lead teams and thrive in the fast-paced US capital market.
