Anaplan seeks a tenacious Senior FP&A Manager to join our Go‑To‑Market Finance Team, primarily partnering with the SVP Professional Services and his Operations team. In this role, you will be a leading thought partner for the global and regional Professional Services leadership teams, own financial forecasting for the entire services P&L, influence business decision‑making down to the billable hour, and drive target setting and business case analysis for serving new markets and Anaplan products.

Hybrid work is required, with 2 days per week in our Miami, NYC, Minneapolis, or Northern VA offices. This role reports to our VP of Go‑To‑Market Finance, who reports to our CFO.

Your Impact
  • Develop and maintain close partnerships with business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in week‑to‑week business activities and decision‑making.
  • Own the full P&L process and analysis for Go‑To‑Market functions, including SaaS/PS revenue, resource allocation, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze and report on financial results, including variance analysis, to identify and communicate key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with key partners to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting and scenario modeling processes.
  • Partner with Operations and Accounting to enhance management reporting for more accurate and granular tracking of financial results.
  • Develop and implement scalable and repeatable business, operational, and financial processes.
  • Develop detailed, scenario‑based financial models to evaluate investment priorities and alternatives.
  • Manage the Professional Services portion of our long‑range planning model, including cross‑functional communication of key drivers and updates.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of FP&A or business finance experience, including experience at a global company, and preference for experience with Professional Services organizations.
  • Strong Excel analysis skills, including driver‑based models.
  • Skilled at building financial models and reports to help automate and scale, and building dashboards for seamless executive reviews.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast‑paced, quickly changing environment; private equity or banking experience preferred.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from a variety of data sources.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence appropriately.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem‑solving approach.
  • Ability to learn Anaplan for analysis (it’s not hard!).
