Location: New York
International financial company specialized in Asset Finance seeks Corporate Tax Accountant AVP.
Primary Responsibilities- Estimated Tax payment for Federal and states
- Petition for extension of tax payment dead line
- Consolidation Tax calculation for subsidiaries in multiple states
- Information research for 1099, 1042 issuance
- In charge of Tax Compliance
- Liaison and smooth communication with group companies and outside tax consultants (big4)
- 2-4 years of Big 4 Corporate Tax senior or equivalent Corporate tax experience
- Consolidation experiences of multiple entities
- Team player
- Hybrid (2-3 days commute per week)
- Business level bilingual Japanese preferred, but not required
