Role SummaryThe Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy is a multi-dimensional new position, reporting to the COO, with responsibilities spanning across business functions. The role is responsible for driving growth by creating, assessing and managing business opportunities. One will be responsible for researching key competitive themes and trends, identifying opportunities and solutions, and preparing/synthesizing recommendations to enhance the company’s strategic plan.
A natural “Analyst”, the VP of Corporate Development will possess a solid understanding of capital markets, business casing and how to weave opportunities into the company’s already ambitious Business Plan.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and valuation modeling to assess business initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Analyze enterprise-wide financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, memos, and reports that translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Strategy, and HR to align financial analysis with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented professional.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- 5 plus years of work experience acquired (ideally) at a top-tier consulting firm, investment banking, and/or in an internal strategy department for a high growth organization
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate and make recommendations on strategic questions.
- MBA or master’s degree

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus; whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $228,800
