Senior Finance & Accounting Professional
Location: Midtown Manhattan (Hybrid)
Compensation: $100K-$140K base + bonus & profit sharing
Base Pay Range: $/yr - $/yr
Additional Compensation Types: Annual Bonus
Fast‑growing crypto/VC firm seeks a Finance & Accounting Professional to support expanding financial operations. The role offers extensive exposure across accounting, finance, strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic startup‑style environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations including bookkeeping, close, and AP/AR management
- Work with core valuation teams and special projects (e.g., token valuation/accounting)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and the FP&A team
- Prepare investor‑level financial reporting and performance materials
- Assist with tax filings, business registrations, payroll coordination, and related compliance
- Collaborate with multiple teams and departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 3–7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within startups, VC‑backed firms, or crypto with an interest in the space
- Strong accounting and finance fundamentals with hands‑on experience using Quick Books Online and Excel/Google Sheets
