• Deal Management:
  Manage relationship through the review process with business owners and operators
• Financial Analysis:
  Conduct financial diligence from accounting data, assessing sales trends, profitability, cash flow and balance sheet dynamics
• Product & Process Management:
  Collaborate with engineering to build our underwriting technology while driving continuous process improvements

• Investment Evaluation:
  Develop investment recommendation and, where relevant, financial instrument pricing
• Internal Communications:
  Manage communication of investment decisions and execution of deal consummation
• Portfolio Management:
  Manage portfolio performance and identify opportunities for further capital deployment
• Performance Updates:
  Represent performance of portfolio to investors and support fundraising efforts
• Long-term Initiatives:
  Maintain long-term industry relationships to improve Bonside’s underwriting model

• Extensive experience in finance-focused role (i.e. Private Equity, Private Credit, Public Equities, Investment Banking, Underwriting, etc.)
• Highly-organized with experience conducting due diligence, recommending investment decisions, and managing a portfolio of long-term investments
• Strong communication skills, able to shepherd businesses through a streamlined diligence process
• Technical aptitude with ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on product development
• Resourceful and creative to help develop a high velocity underwriting and decision making process, especially while balancing multiple deals at once
• Self-starter and is driven to exceed individual and business goals
• Eagerness to learn, ideate and try new things with flexibility to adapt to change
