Tax Manager to strengthen their tax team.

Position Overview: This role is ideal for a tax professional with deep knowledge of international tax regulations

. You will manage complex tax compliance and planning initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review federal, state, and international tax filings, including statutory returns and insurance-specific provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign tax laws, including transfer pricing, withholding tax, and treaty applications.
  • Analyze tax implications of international operations and advise on tax‑efficient structures.
  • Maintain and reconcile tax provisions in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Support audits and respond to inquiries from domestic and international tax authorities.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units on tax planning and statutory reporting initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of tax experience, including international tax and statutory reporting (insurance industry experience highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and statutory compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
