  • Document Preparation & Review: Prepare, review, and verify that form (policy applications, transfer/rollover requests) requirements are met.
  • Workflow Coordination: Track submissions and exceptions in operational systems (MILL, ASH, Black Diamond, Salesforce, Docu Sign or equivalents); elevate issues and maintain procedural notes within the client's file.
  • Client & Partner Communication: Draft professional, empathetic client-facing and advisor-facing communications for onboarding, claim status updates, and required actions.
  • Vendor & Carrier Liaison: Work directly with carriers (e.g., Jackson National), custodians (e.g., Charles Schwab), and third-party vendors to resolve policy, annuity, and claim-related issues.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and carrier-specific requirements; maintain secure client files and documentation for audits.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3–5 years in life insurance, annuity, and death-claim processing, preferably in a financial services or wealth management environment.
