Our client is a $20bn global multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund with a track record spanning over 20 years. They are looking for an Investment Analyst to join one of the most prestigious TMT Investing teams at the fund.
Responsibilities- In-Depth Research:
Conduct rigorous fundamental analysis on publicly traded technology companies, evaluating financial statements, market trends, and competitive positioning. - Asset Valuation:
Develop comprehensive valuation models to assess the intrinsic value of technology stocks, utilizing various valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable analysis, and NAV. - Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with macroeconomic trends, interest rates, and industry developments that could impact technology stocks, providing insights to the investment team. - Idea Generation:
Identify compelling investment opportunities within the technology sector, producing well-reasoned and data-driven investment theses.
- 1‑4 years of total work experience in TMT investment banking or equity research.
- Excellent academic credentials, Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably within a finance, economics or mathematics discipline.
- Experience in conducting research and due diligence, and producing “client‑ready” investment materials.
- Strong quantitative aptitude with a high attention to detail.
