Salary $180,000 - $220,000 per year

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Finance. This role is crucial to our company as it is responsible for overseeing all corporate finance aspects of our auto group. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can develop and implement financial strategies to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong background in public accounting, dealership group, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, and negotiations.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
• Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
• Supervising and managing the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Collaborating with the executive team to make decisions on investment and financial strategies.
• Monitoring and managing financial risk.
• Preparing detailed reports on financial performance on a regular basis.
• Coordinating with external auditors and managing internal controls.
• Identifying and implementing strategies to improve financial health and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree
• Auto group / dealership group accounting experience
• 3+ years financial management experience
• CDK Dealer Management System experience
• Reporting optimization
• Entity level and brand level analysis
• Enterprise level financial storytelling expertise

• Public Accounting Experience
• Masters Degree / MBA
• CPA
