Overview of RoleNYL Investors LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investment Services Senior Associate to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of assets within the statutory accounting system, supporting key operational processes that ensure data integrity across the investment lifecycle.
What You’ll Do- Reconcile settlements, principal, interest, and other investment-related payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze and process corporate action events and maintain accurate asset data within the statutory accounting system.
- Monitor and validate cash balances across multiple accounts and systems to ensure alignment and proper cash movement.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or reconciliation issues; elevate items appropriately.
- Proactively recommend and support process improvements to enhance accuracy, streamline workflows, and reduce operational risk.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners across Investment Accounting, Operations, and Technology as needed.
- BS in Business Administration or Finance or related field
- 4-8 years of Investment services experience supporting Fixed Income, Derivative, and/or Residential mortgage loan products
- Solid understanding of the cash management process, and experience working with custodians, counter parties, and/or third-party service providers.
- Ability to interpret and reconcile complex data sets and transaction flows.
- Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Aladdin, and AI tools a plus
- Strong technical skills is a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and client service skills
Salary Range: $91,000-$130,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
