Institutional Trader​/Sales & Trading Analyst

Flow Traders is looking for an Institutional Trader to join our Institutional Trading team in New York. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented environment. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day sales trading operations, including client reporting. They will work closely with our trading desks to assist in trade pricing and execution as well as with our risk, trade settlements, and compliance teams.

• Assist in day-to-day execution and sales trading responsibilities
• Support the institutional offering and act as the intermediary between our clients and internal departments, including trading, trade settlements, risk, compliance
• Manage pre- & post-trade processes
• Manage internal & external reporting

• No experienced required
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably finance, economics, and business
• Trading and markets knowledge
• Detail oriented and problem solving
• Ability to analyze and solve complex scenarios
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proven analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• SQL/Python a plus

Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set.

We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution.

Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $125,000 to $150,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
