Associate / Analyst – Strategic Advisory (GP Advisory)

• Analyze financial data and developments in both public and private global financial markets across a variety of asset classes and investment strategies.
• Construct quantitative financial models, analyze economic performance, and perform valuation analysis of alternative asset managers and their underlying investment funds and vehicles.
• Conduct research and prepare materials, including written analysis and evaluations of GP-level financial and strategic alternatives—mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, minority stake sales, financing and liquidity solutions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Work with senior team members in leading the day-to‑day execution of transactions, including participating in internal and external client and counter party meetings, facilitating management presentations and due diligence sessions, and negotiating contracts and other agreements.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2‑5 years of investment banking experience, or an MBA with 2+ years of closely related experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills; ability to write effectively; self‑starter and team oriented.
• Background in finance, accounting, and alternative investment strategies.

Expected annualized base salary: $120,000 to $250,000. Compensation structure includes discretionary bonus and additional rewards and benefits.
