We are a boutique CPA firm that provides high‑quality audit and tax services for a diversified clientele. We serve private companies, not‑for‑profit entities, and provide corporate, partnership and trust tax returns as well as individual tax returns. This is a full‑time, on‑site Tax Manager role located in Westbury, NY. The Tax Manager will oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, manage tax filing processes, and implement tax planning strategies. The manager will collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, advise clients on financial and tax matters, monitor industry changes, and provide mentorship to junior staff.

• Strong expertise in financial statements and accounting practices.
• Experience in tax preparation and compliance for individuals and corporate entities.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Solid foundation in finance and accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; master’s degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with tax software and financial tools, preferably CCH Pro System.
