Loan Asset Servicing Associate - Buy Side Firm

Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $85.00/hr

• Process lifecycle activities for various loan types, including syndicated, revolvers, delayed draws, private corporate, and commercial real estate loans, as well as bonds, equities, and derivatives.
• Manage loan notices related to events such as paydowns, interest, coupons, delayed draws, revolvers, PIK, and cashless rolls.
• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned processes, ensuring accurate data maintenance, timely processing, and adherence to control standards.
• Review and action daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and accruals; assist in resolving settlement exceptions.
• Collaborate with internal partners, including Middle Office, Securities Master, Reconciliation, Business, and Legal teams, to support fund needs and resolve breaks.
• Liaise with external Trustees, Custodians, Prime Brokers, and Agents to address pending settlements or exception discrepancies.
• Record restructures, bridge/commitment fees, and loan amendments accurately.
• Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring controls and calculations are clearly evidenced.

• 2-5 years of Loan Asset Servicing experience coming from a Hedge Fund, Investment Management firm or related industry.
• WSO or related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
