Business Support Analyst

We are Focus Finance, a global network of students interested in finance & banking. Our analysts and partners work across 6 report streams (M&A Deals, Industry Trends, Capital Markets, Equity Research, Technical Analysis, and Global M&A Outlook) to deliver high-quality reports to our readership and institutional partners. We bring together 90+ passionate students from 30 universities across 4 continents to provide an international platform for career development and networking.

There are opportunities for secondary placements within a research role if interested.

We offer a working environment that promotes personal development and value creation. You will support all of FF’s operations, both internally and externally, handling tasks essential to the organization such as the General Publishing Schedule, onboarding/offboarding processes, internal communication, process automation, and more. You will collaborate with teams to ensure projects are delivered and reports are published on time. Your role includes executing quality checks to maintain the professionalism of our reports and engaging with stakeholders to streamline operations and data flow.

• Monitor project progression and ensure timely report delivery
• Communicate with stakeholders to maintain efficient operations
• Help drive global engagement and enhance Focus Finance’s brand and digital presence
• Identify and implement long-term improvements collaboratively

We select members carefully to ensure consistency. We are looking for candidates with:

• Undergraduate students from any background with a strong interest in finance
• Attention to detail, highly organized, with excellent communication skills
• An international mindset, adaptable, eager to learn and take on new projects
• Problem-solving skills, data literacy, quick learning ability
• A motivated, curious mindset and commitment to the role
