Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000
Company Overview: Easy Aerial is a rapidly growing startup delivering autonomous drone-in-a-box solutions for defense and commercial use. We're looking for a Finance Manager / Controller to lead our day-to-day accounting operations and support strategic financial planning as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the finance department, managing daily accounting and workflows
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Prepare monthly reports including cash flow, P&L, and variance analysis
- Ensure GAAP compliance and tax/audit readiness
- Drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability
- Partner with leadership on financial strategy and growth planning
- 6+ years in finance, accounting, or controlling roles
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, and ERP/accounting tools
- Bonus: CPA, startup or aerospace/defense experience
