The Home Equity Lending Specialist is a subject matter expert in home equity products with strong credit underwriting and analytical skills. This role focuses on evaluating credit files and identifying opportunities to restructure loans for optimal approval. Specialists support strategic initiatives by making outbound calls to engage customers and drive loan pull-through. Primary focus is on targeted outreach to members identified through data-driven criteria.

• Lead outbound calling initiatives using the Five9 platform to execute strategic member engagement campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Perform in-depth consultative assessments to identify and evaluate member needs, delivering tailored solutions aligned with their financial goals.
• Achieve individual performance objectives and effectively manage the loan pipeline to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience.
• Accurately complete all required fields within the Loan Operating System in accordance with established SOPs to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Demonstrate advanced credit underwriting expertise and proficiency in analyzing credit reports to facilitate insightful member conversations and strategically restructure loans for optimal outcomes.
• Comply with all aspects of BSA/AML, OFAC, and CFPB regulatory requirements related to this position.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of lending experience in sales or tele-sales.
• Sales experience, strong oral and written communication skills, time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
• Lending Certified.
• NMLS License.
