Controller
An established alternative investment manager focused on commercial real estate equity and credit strategies is seeking an accounting professional to support its growing platform. This role provides hands‑on exposure to fund accounting, treasury, and fund administration within a fast‑moving investment environment.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Assist with fund- and investment-level accounting, including reconciliations and financial reporting
- Support treasury activities such as cash management, capital calls, and distributions
- Work closely with third‑party fund administrators on NAV calculations, investor reporting, and audits
- Monitor loan‑level activity and support reporting for credit‑related investments
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate fund accounting
- Background supporting accounting, treasury, and fund administration functions
- Experience with private credit or credit‑oriented investment vehicles preferred
- Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to operate in a dynamic, growth‑oriented setting
