As a Branch Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You'll perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

Responsibilities- Connect with customers and help them with technology challenges, casual conversations, and explanations of services and products.
- Help determine personal and business financial needs and refer to experts when needed to guide customers to their financial destination.
- Ensure compliance with audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and federal regulations.
- Support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate throughout the branch based on customer needs.
- Improve the overall retail customer experience by reducing handoffs; act as the branch expert.
- Learn about Capital One products, services, and experiences to guide customers toward their financial goals.
- Be digitally savvy and educate customers on the mobile and online experience and other banking channels.
- Collaborate with a team of banking professionals and inspire teammates.
- Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement, using tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

Salary and LocationThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Location-specific ranges reflect the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
