Blackstone Private Wealth is seeking a high‑performing Associate to join our Defined Contribution Strategy & Management (DCSAM) team. DCSAM is a newly formed team driving the build‑out of Blackstone’s Defined Contribution (DC) business and developing a suite of products tailored for DC plans (e.g., 401(k) plans) across private equity, private real estate, infrastructure, and private credit.
Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders across Private Wealth and other Blackstone business units to support execution of strategic initiatives, recurring deliverables, and ad hoc projects.
- Support sales teams in preparing prep notes, due diligence materials, and responses to bespoke investor requests.
- Build and maintain distribution trackers to capture client and prospect feedback, ensuring DC product innovations align with market demand.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and update presentations, investor reports, and other communications.
- Research, analyze, and make recommendations regarding DC business and product trends.
- Prepare internal presentations, memorandums, and ad hoc analyses for senior management.
- 3 years of experience in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication; effectively crafts and delivers compelling presentations supported by PowerPoint design and storytelling skills.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain.

Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client‑facing role and/or if you are engaged in client meetings where you discuss Blackstone products, marketing Blackstone funds, supervising or training securities‑licensed employees, structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products, and advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.

Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 – $135,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
