OverviewWe’re looking for a Compliance Assistant to support regulatory documentation, internal audits, and policy tracking. You’ll ensure the company remains compliant with internal procedures and external regulations.
Responsibilities- Review documentation for compliance accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain compliance checklists and regulatory logs.
- Support preparation for internal and external audits.
- Assist in updating policies and compliance procedures.
- Prepare compliance reports and summaries for management.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely document submissions.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Prior compliance or audit exposure is a plus.
- Standard credit check and background verification required before interviews.
Salary based on experience with potential bonuses for audit and compliance performance. Growth path into Compliance Analyst or Regulatory Officer roles.
