This exempt position is a 9‑5, M‑F hybrid role with 2‑3 days in the office. The salary range is $65,000‑$80,000 per year plus bonus.

• Client Outreach: Assess required KYC information and documents depending on clients' status. Contact clients to gather KYC information promptly, ensuring accuracy and furnishing data to related departments.
• KYC Due Date Control: Manage KYC progress independently, share information with related departments for due diligence and date control.
• Understanding of KYC Requirements and Related Bank Systems: Understand regulations, internal policies, and bank systems to make proper assessments.
• Other Responsibilities: Execute non‑KYC related tasks assigned by managers on an ad‑hoc basis.

• Japanese / English bilingual (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to understand policies and procedures written in both languages.
• Excellent business e‑mail writing skill.
• Excellent interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work independently without immediate supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (preferred).
