• Interact with a broad range of businesses across different industries and with unique capital needs.
• Work side‑by‑side with a talented, dedicated staff of senior professionals who will provide broad exposure to the many different considerations affecting directs.
• Assist with evaluating and structuring single‑asset transactions for private equity sponsors and institutional investors;
• Gain hands‑on transaction experience by playing an integral role on deal teams from the initial pitch through closing;
• Develop general corporate finance and diligence skills relevant to raising capital, while building a detailed understanding of key developments in the equity and debt capital markets;

• The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior investment banking / capital markets or buy‑side private equity experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. • Coursework in or strong knowledge of accounting and finance required.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A fundamental understanding of asset‑level due diligence, investor considerations, methodologies, and application.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work products.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative while working collaboratively within a close‑knit team.
