About The Company

Our client is a private investment firm specializing in opportunistic real estate ventures with a focus on multifamily and condominium development in both urban and high-growth regional markets. The firm blends equity investments with strategic lending across various property types.

• Oversee trade/deal management of loans and provide trade management of equity and multifamily assets
• Manage and oversee deal lifecycle; monitor and manage deal processes and coordinate with deal teams regarding deal information, cash flows, documentation, and modifications across all business lines
• Partner and monitor all deal closings and facilitation of requirements surrounding the closing of all deals including subsequent management of the deal post-closing
• Generate investor reports, consolidate, and build metrics, KPIs and KRIs
• Utilize deal models and relay all economic details and deal events with investors through the investor portal
• Provide consistent communication and monitoring of third-party servicers in relation to the loan business line

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, finance, and/or real estate
• 1-4 year’s of related middle office experience
• Prior experience at a fund or fund admin preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal communication with a capacity to interact with outside parties
