• Prepare new and renewed underwriting packages.
• Support Loan Officers in loan closing and funding.
• Assist Loan Officers to underwrite new and renewed loans under $1 million and credit modifications and amendments.
• Assist Loan Officers in customer service and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist Loan Officers with various account monitoring activities.
• Prepare and distribute routine reports for the loan team.
• Maintain loan application log and loan files.

• Education:
  
  College degree in business or finance preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience:
  
  1-2 years’ experience in loan administration preferably in commercial lending.
• Skills/Ability: PC proficient and detail oriented; strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus; ability to effectively interact with customers and all levels of management.

$23.08 - $26.44 per hour. Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
