Team / Division OverviewDWS manages around €346bn globally in passive strategies across a variety of ETFs and passive mandates. Our Xtrackers ETF platform is one of the leading ETF platforms globally, across equities, fixed income and commodities, 40 Act and UCITS. We have been building our index portfolio expertise since 1999.
The Xtrackers sales team works in close collaboration with the Xtrackers product platform, including product structuring, portfolio managers and capital markets. We cover clients directly and in conjunction with our generalist sales teams. Being a collaborative team player is imperative.
We are specifically looking to recruit a tenured salesperson to help DWS engage more with investors with respect to our Xtrackers ETFs franchise in Latinoamerica with a focus in Mexico. The candidate will work on seeking investment in the existing range as well as identifying key investment trends which will provide input into new product launches. This individual would work in closely with the Latin-American team as well as drive client relationships directly.

- Working with management to establish and execute the sales strategy and deliver on key performance indicators for Latin America Xtrackers business, with a particular focus on Mexico
- Promote the Xtrackers UCITS, 40 Act, SMA’s platforms, with Latin American Institutional investors such as Pension Plans, Asset Managers, Private Banks, and Wealth managers
- Represent and develop the Xtrackers business in Mexico and the rest of the Latin American region.
- Organize and participate in meetings and events with both existing and potential clients (e.g. introduction and review meetings, road shows, conferences, events)
- Directly owning client relations and handle requests whilst ensuring a prompt and accurate response
- Share with clients and prospects DWS’s thought leadership, generate investment ideas and ad‑hoc content in the region that supports the implementation through our Xtrackers and passive solutions
- Proven senior expertise with a strong background and network in sales and relationship management in buy side or sell side firms covering Mexico Institutional investors, including regulatory structure, compliance governance, and requirements
- Strong, collaborative leadership style with the capacity to develop solid peer‑to‑peer relationships across the organization
- Excellent analytical, technical, and project management skills
- A self‑starter with strong sales capabilities, as demonstrated by revenue figures
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level. Undergraduate degree in relevant field, such as economics, finance, or business administration (or equivalent qualification / work experience). A post‑graduate degree such as an MS or an MBA and investment certifications such as CFA or CIMA are preferred
